• Use the Aerobic System Polishing BioPod if you have an aerobic treatment unit and want to polish effluent before it's sprayed or dispersed into soil.
• Choose the Septic Field Saver BioPod to protect your traditional septic drainfield from clogging and extend its lifespan.
• Select the Rainwater Runoff Polisher BioPod if you're filtering stormwater before it enters a drain, creek, or recharge area.

Most BioPods last 6 to 12 months, depending on water quality, flow rate, and system use. We recommend checking for reduced flow or performance seasonally and replacing media annually for best results.

Yes! BioPods are designed for simple, do-it-yourself installation using standard 4" PVC fittings. Most units can be installed inline with basic tools and minimal plumbing. Installation guides are included with every product, and additional support is available.

The mesquite wood chips and biochar inside your BioPod are 100% compostable. You can:

• Compost them safely in your yard
• Apply them to trees, orchards, or garden beds as a carbon-rich soil amendment
• Burn them responsibly in permitted areas for clean disposal
